Expected availability: Following the publishers’ 2027 release schedules. The National Board publishes new NBIC editions in odd-numbered years, with the 2027 edition scheduled for 2027. Publication and delivery dates are subject to change, and components may ship separately as they become available.

Edition selection: Select Customary or Metric for ASME Section II, Part D before adding the package to your cart.

R Stamp scope: National Board requires R applicants to have the current edition of all parts of the NBIC and a copy of the code of construction appropriate for the intended scope of work. This package includes ASME Section VIII, Division 1 as the construction code. Organizations whose R scope includes other construction codes may require additional publications.

Section VIII coverage: This package includes Section VIII, Division 1. Section VIII, Division 2 is not included. Contact us for a customized package if your scope requires Division 2 or other construction codes.
